EQUILIBRIUM PRODUCTS

Equilibrium Products is a company primarily focused on selling horse-related products through their online store throughout the whole of the United Kingdom. They have a wide product range to suit every horse person’s needs.

Equilibrium Products were wanting to run a promotion to attract more sales. The idea was to have scratch cards sent out on every order which customers can interact with to earn a discount. They decided to explore the option of doing it digitally to see if it could save money. Ultimately, we had a discussion and came up with a product at a suitable price point that meant users were able to digitally use the scratch card to win discounts. The solution we came up with meant the company was being more eco-friendly whilst saving money.
